Sweet Little Girl~

Wednesday is here!

I have a quick post for you today because I plan on taking my little man to lunch. His brother is over at their Grandparent's house, leaving me some time to hang out with only one.

For the creation today, I went ahead and combined two more challenges. The first one is using the sketch from The Pink Elephant.
Here is the sketch~

Well the second challenge is by Raspberry Suite:

For my creation~
When I saw her I couldn't help but want her in my collection. I purchased her from Digistampcharacters over at Etsy. What is so great about her is that she is a digital stamp. Meaning I got to play with her almost right away after my purchase. I have already made my second order, and can't wait to play some more!

Supplies~
Image: Girl (Digistampcharacters)
Cardstock/Ink: Paper pack, chocolate, melon berry, sorbet, celery, and cream
Extra: silk sorbet ribbon, cuttlebug, and white gel pen

A little Summer Fun~

For my last post today, I combined two different challenges. The sketch is from Clean & Simple. While the theme for the card is by the ABC Challenge (another new challenge for me).

At the bottom of the designer paper you will see a sandal, and that is my inspiration for my card.

A Musical Anniversary~

Well for my second post today!
These card was created for challenge #37 High School Musical over at Cinema Saturday. I have to say I had a really hard time with this challenge. It may be because I haven't really watched the movie (saw a couple of minutes at my cousins house of the first movie). The only thing I know about the movie was that there is a couple in love and the colors of the school (which I googled, this morning).
Here is what I came up with~
(I also needed an anniversary card, too! So the colors worked) Supplies~
Stamps: dots (polka dot basics: Papertrey), saying (Mega Mixed Messages: Papertrey), and hearts (Heart Prints: Papertrey)
Cardstock/Ink: red, white, and gray
Extra: ribbon, 2 rounded corners, and 3-D heart (top one)

Thanks for stopping by and off to my last post!!!

Christmas Already~

Well for my second post today, I have another new challenge! No Christmas is not here already. I'm still enjoying my Summer, and in no way want the Holiday Season here. Although, I have been thinking about starting some of those cards very soon. Don't want to wait till the last minutes (like I do every year). Which the challenges today gave me a little push to do so.
Anyway back to the challenge~
I went ahead and combined two more challenges for this creation.
The new challenge is called Christmas Stampin' All Year Long. For challenge #22: we were to create any thing we wanted. This worked out really well for me since I found this tag paper this morning with Christmas tags all over it (kind of hard to see since I added other things to the card).
With that said, it brings me to my next challenge using the same card. #65 Tag your it by Cute Card Thursday. We are to use tags. Can you see why I put them together!!!
Supplies~
Stamps: Presents (Holiday Blitz: Stampin' Up!) and saying (Take a Bough: Papertrey)
Cardstock/Ink: baja, garden green, white, red, and Christmas Paper Pack
Extra: tags punches, paper punch, small hole punch, and twine

Thanks for stopping by and see ya tomorrow!

Eat Cake~

So yesterday, I found this fun challenge called Pile it On. This challenge is really great due to the fact that not only do they give you a challenge, BUT that you have to combine it with another challenge! What a wonderful idea. With so many challenges out there, sometimes I have to pick which ones I want to play for the week. Well not any more!!!
For the Pile It On challenge#3: we are to use the color purple.
I went ahead and combined it with Taylor's challenge #73 sketch. Here is what I came up with~
Supplies~
Stamps: cupcake and saying (Cupcake Collection: Papertrey)
Cardstock/Ink: Designer Paper Pack (3 different types), white, spring moss, plum pudding, and lavender moon
Extra: oval punch, white brad, paper punch, and liquid glass

Melon Kisses~

Happy Friday!
The weekend is here, and boy did the week fly by. Well, today I'm sharing a creation inspired by the colors at the Throwdown Challenge. I would have never put these colors together if it was not for their challenge #47!
We are to use colors: Temping Turquoise, Cameo Coral, and Kiwi Kiss
I was a little excited about the colors because I hardly ever use Kiwi Kiss. It is a great color, just use other greens more. Also I used Melon Berry instead of Cameo Coral.
Supplies~
Stamps: Flower (Wishing You: Papertrey) and dotted lines (Journaling Lines: Papertrey)
Cardstock/Ink: White, Melon Berry, Temping Turquoise, and Kiwi Kiss
Extra: melon twill ribbon, glitter (on one set of flowers), and turquoise brads

Very Tweet~

Well, after running out of time yesterday on my post. I have some extra time today to share what I have been up to.
Last week, I didn't create too many cards because of being in Spokane. My cousin graduated from college. So all of the family came up from everywhere. Some of them I haven't seen for over a year. Making it really nice to visit. Also we had family pictures, too. It has been years since our last one! How we all get a little older.
Anyway, I'm back home now!
Before we get to the creation. I have some great news to share about my blog. Over the last couple of weeks, I have been thinking of making some changes/updating my blog.
Things to look for over the next month in a half:
~New Banner
~Updated Blogs I Love
~Updated Places I Shop
~New Watermark
~Posting of Stamps/Cardstock/Ink and other craft items I have for sell
~Adding a spot for Challenges I love
and lastly
~Having posting on the weekend (these will just be super quick posting but you will have something to check out over the week)

So with all of that said, now on to the good stuff.
My challenge for today: Etsy Inspired. While this is my first time playing, I love this challenge already. Maybe cause I love Etsy!!! There are some wonderful items on Etsy (I actually purchased a pillow today off of it).

So for challenge #40 we are to be inspired by Naturally Felt. At first I was going to use one of the pictures on the challenge site. Although after visiting Naturally Felt, I fell it love with this bag. The colors and the birds. Wow!!!
So here is my creation~
Supplies~
Stamps: birds and saying (Bird Watching: Papertrey)
Cardstock/Ink: Paper Pack, Celery, Rose Red, and black
Extra: ribbon and paper punch

Thanks for stopping by and see ya tomorrow!!!

Bugs Bugs and More Bugs~

Both of the boys got to play at the same time I did. They pick out the stamps and colors they want to use!
