Tulip Happiness~

So here is my other creation for today! It is inspired by Challenge #38 at Color Throwdown. They came out with the new colors today: Red, Black, and Banana. Once I saw what colors to use, I went right to work. I LOVE red and yellow!!!

Stamps: Wishing You and Stars Background Basic (Papertrey)
Cardstock/Ink: Lemon Tart, Red, White, and Black
Extra: paper punches, black brads, and white gel pen
